- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Conduct specialized technical searches, review applications, and facilitate behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.
