Dec. 2017Greater Chicago AreaKey responsibilities include: • Collaborating with corporate partners to design leadership acceleration and development programs. • Partnering with team members on program needs, outcomes, resources and other deliverables in order to build out client programs. • Tracking and managing key metrics (including but not limited to: evaluation scores, margins, deadlines). • Communicating frequently and clearly with team members to ensure successful program deliveries and outcomes. • Developing leadership and development programs with a team based on client needs. • Contracting and engaging faculty in program requirements. • Creating and communicating project plans and deadlines to faculty and clients. • Reviewing High Level Designs (HLDs) for quality and alignment with client needs. • Supporting sales function by assisting with the Request for Proposals (RFPs). • Supporting faculty throughout the design and delivery phase of the program life-cycle, ensuring they have necessary client information, tools, existing relevant content, and delivery support.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining a proactive, customer-centric approach to program development, deliverables, and client relationship. • Calling meetings as appropriate with development team members, faculty and client. • Preparing agendas and lead operational meetings with client. • Preparing marketing materials as needed. • Preparing, deploying, and collecting end of program evaluations.
