Events by Mindvalley are known for creating magic and connections that change the course of lives, bringing together like-minded people and world-class speakers. During more than a decade at Mindvalley, I've expanded the events portfolio and achieved the following: Revenue Generation: Led sold-out events generating over $3M annually in ticket sales, plus millions in backend sales, managing the P&Ls and forecasts for large scale projects. Event Innovation: Developed, planned and executed a variety of different types of events from online events to large-scale festivals, and kept a pulse on the top trends in the events industry Negotiations and Cost Savings: Established a network of contacts across the industry, negotiated hotel contracts and partnership deals, saving Mindvalley hundreds of thousands of dollars. Strategic Leadership and Culture: Contributed to fostering a high- performing remote culture, setting up Mindvalley offices in Estonia, and I was recognised as one of the best leaders at Mindvalley. Collaboration Across Business Units: Partnered with internal teams such as marketing, design, B2B, Finance etc to align event strategies with overall organisational goals and streamline processes Luxury Events and Iconic Venues: Managed luxury events, including an $800K value 4-day buyout at a top 5-star luxury hotel in Europe, and collaborated with iconic venues globally to create unique, one-of-a-kind experiences. High-Profile and Cross-Cultural Collaborations: Worked with renowned speakers and celebrities in the personal growth industry, and built long-term partnerships and navigated diverse cultures, collaborating with suppliers and vendors from Bali to Colombia.
