During that time, I designed and implemented a channel enablement program to ensure that our partners had the right knowledge, tools, and capabilities to make our customers successful then and in the future. Since day one in the area, I was responsible for creating an enablement sales machine. This meant that our training had to be scalable and directly impact our core business with recurring processes. I discovered new online formats to empower the best agencies in the Brazilian market, and I constantly worked to spread the lifelong learning mindset to each partner in our base. To achieve that, I created and implemented weekly webinars, podcasts, office hours, online education methodologies, and quick videos for social media with a focus on the enablement strategy, and gamification learning. Throughout the creation of the area, I was responsible for our biggest deliveries, and this directly impacted our partners' businesses and their growth in the program. At that time, my main objective in my job was to help our partners achieve their goals and find a healthy and scalable way to become the best brand ambassadors. And I'm happy to say that I worked each day for that!
