I oversee orientation, process improvement, data integrity, management coaching, employee relations and investigations. My responsibilities include implementing change management within the HR department, integration of workflow processes within our HRIS database, and manage a staff of 6 employees. My compliance duties include risk management for state and Joint Commission regulations for staffing and training. I consult and coach the senior management and executive team to drive change management throughout the organization. I oversee the departmental budget and coach other managers on how to best utilize their budget as it pertains to staffing and employee incentives. In collaborating with leadership, I work with all levels of management to coach them regarding complex employee relations issues, including corrective actions and terminations. I also ensure that myself and my team are supporting employees and managers alike with training programs and policy updates. I work closely with the Compliance team on the company’s ethics hotline, and spearhead investigations as needed.
