- Support the Team Member Resource Groups (TMRG) at Porter, including the re-launch of the WSP TMRG
- Participate in a leadership capacity on Porter's ESG Committee & DE&I Council
- Conduct performance benchmarking to compare the airline's ESG performance against industry standards and peers
