- Developing & implementing the content strategy/master content plan for various clients, creating blog content in alignment with the month's marketing & social media calendar
- Generating ideas, write, and edit high quality thought-provoking B2B content (short-form, mid-length and long-form) and work with cross- functional teams to amplify the value of solutions and offerings
- Handling a team of 8 in-house employees (including copywriters, designers, editors), & 47 freelance writers; ensuring that they are able to achieve their KPI's and upskilling constantly
- Project management and tracking one or more projects independently with minimal supervision
- Inculcating processes to improve team efficiency and managing consistency in tone of voice and content style using style guides
- Working cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders to generate content ideas, create detailed outlines and convert them into compelling thought leadership articles, marketing collateral and sales tools
- Developing a micro-content plan and repurposing content into new forms such as infographics, articles, direct mail, etc.
- Managing all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads that drive interest, deliver sales and customer retention
- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
- Developing persona understanding and creating persona targeted content, working on continuous optimization for interest and conversions
- Managing channels of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels, including social media and email/newsletter distribution
