Apr. 2014 - Nov. 2019IndaiatubaResponsible for the strategic planning of programs, interface with main stakeholders (business owners, legal, customers, etc), physical and financial planning and follow-up, inception of new projects, focusing on quality assurance and delivery, executive reports, prioritization of product features according to business needs.
The program encompassed development and research of: storage and servers management systems, diagnostics systems, remote management for PC and notebooks, with usage of technologies like analytics, AI and IoT. The products of these project are running in hundreds of thousands of servers and millions of PC sold by Lenovo around the world. My actions involved project inception, planning, monitoring and controlling scope, costs, schedule, risks, etc in a highly dynamic, multicultural and multisite program, with aggressive goals, and focus on communication and stakeholder management. In this program, I used a combination of traditional (PMI) and agile (Scrum) approaches to achieve the best results.
Under my responsibility:
- The whole project portfolio of PC and Services in Brazil, interfacing with team in USA and China
- Program management, including: stakeholder relationship, creation and sustenance of project culture, organizational goals alignment, risk assessment and follow-up, physical-financial follow-up and planning, KPI set-up and management, product roadmap management, quality, relationship with support areas (legal, procurement, etc)
- Program-related partnership management
- Program and project management processes
- Creation and issuing of executive and Brazilian IT Law reports
- People and team leadership
