As VP of two manufacturing companies and a director of a real estate development company, acquired through M&A deals which I led, I am very familiar with every aspect of running a business, from $3m in revenue to $100m. From seed-round financing through LOI and financing structures for acquisition and then operation, I led all three companies to growing success in their respective industries. PNFG is the North American leader in automotive manufacturing related to lead-acid batteries. Having successfully cornered the North American market, we are now in full growth mode. Ellen Lumber is a manufacturer of specialized wooden pallets and packaging, leading the field in highly customized packaging for the medical, aerospace and robotics industries. Bardev is a real estate development company which handles its own project development, general contracting and post-construction property management. We have seen triple digit growth in the last two years and are currently looking to expand outside of our current geographical location. I led the development and financing of all three companies’ acquisitions and currently lead the teams that manage our day to day operations. I am intimately familiar with both operations and finance, as well as go to market strategies and growth.
