Advise and support line managers on a range of HR generalist issues including job design/grading, recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance and absence management. This includes, with support from HR Advisers/Manager, provision of HR input to employee relations case work, ensuring that cases are managed to deliver optimum outcomes with associated management of risk.
