My role consists of many aspects, some of my duties are as follows; - Management of company product manufacture both domestic and international. - Import / Export Management including Customs Clearance and International Freight Transfers. - Manage and maintain company websites; E-commerce ( 5 websites ) SEO + Order Processing. 3 sites Designed and Built from scratch for sub brands Xtenex Laces, Chalmers Dale & Viking Attachments. - Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and meetings, and making appointments. - Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties. - Overseeing administrative policies within an organization and within the office; recommending changes as appropriate. - Management of Social Media accounts, Mailchimp & website blogs for all brands. - Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence; email, faxes, and mail. - Reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos and determining significance; routing to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner. - Prepare reports, collect and analyze information. - Develop and utilize historical information; provide retrieval of information. Record meeting discussions and provide minutes. - Maintaining inventory and office supplies. Anticipating office needs; evaluation of new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary. - Data analysis; Proficient in MYOB, MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup and other functions. - Coordinate finances, assist with budget preparation. - Scoping and estimating project works. - Tender and quote preparation. My role with Dale EcoTech spans across the entire company. Even after my promotion to EA, I am still overlooking the Marketing Campaigns & Strategy for the various brands under the Dale EcoTech umbrella.
