• Modifying and developing the company’s products and services for the international markets.
• Solely responsible for international lead generation.
• Responsible for new business generation, from start to closing the deal.
• Responsible for ensuring repeat business. • The development of all international marketing materials.
• Managing client relationships with current accounts.
• Forming the strategy for moving into new international regions.
• Formulating and adapting products and services to meet client’s unique requests. • Solving limitations in products to meet client’s needs. • The development of sales pitches for the international market.
• Upselling current clients through presentation of secondary products.
• Responsible for presentation of products and services to potential clients.
• Responsible for training clients on products and services.
• The management and constant evaluation of all international touchpoints. • Reporting results on a weekly basis to the Managing Director.
• Presenting solutions and issues to the Managing Director. • Proactively analysing and presenting feasible solutions to possible issues.
• Generating reports based on weekly and monthly performance.
• Overseeing management of all international activities. • Analysing the feasibility of extended operations in particular countries, with focus on Europe.
• Aiding the IT development team in improving and managing three primary systems.
• Working with the development team to create and update the Newsclip International website and portal. A few of my international clients included; • Rolex, Porsche Kantar Media, Cision, iSentia, HSBC, Auxipress, Cartoon Network and Turner Broadcasting.
