Aug. 2016 - Oct. 2018• Support the Office of Admissions in planning, executing and evaluating events on and off campus in order to effectively recruit and yield the incoming freshman class
• Coordinate between the Office of Admissions and various vendors on and off campus for recruitment and yield events with anywhere from 40 to 500 attendees: including catering, room reservations, equipment reservations, and location set-up
• Research venues, negotiate contracts, and execute email marketing for 30+ admissions events across the country
• Research venues, negotiate contracts, plan catering, and develop programming for overnight staff retreat
• Utilize the Slate CRM to send email marketing for events, schedule campus visits, build forms, create name tags, send mailings and record student interactions
• Hire, train and supervise 20 department work study students
• Member of project management tool selection committee; functions include research and selection of project management tool, development of best practices, plan rollout for the department
• Field and transfer phone calls from prospective students and families, manage the Admissions email account, and operate check-in while maintaining excellent customer service
