Dec. 2015Greater Los Angeles Area-Conduct training courses for claims department -Develop curriculum for future training courses -Prepare claims staff to perform efficiently and accurately on the floor. -Train Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace guidelines and regulations for multiple health plans across the country via classroom setting and Web ex -Create knowledge assessments to test leaners level of comprehension -Conduct post audit coaching to claims personnel -Maintain the training request intake site to ensure the learning team is up to date with all training request -Assist in developing systematic approaches for claims process improvement. -Communicate with claims department leadership regarding training needs and training best practices -Assist technical writing team with creating claims processing guidelines and standard operating procedures, as well as ensuring documents outline current and proper protocols.
