- Co-Managing a growing Technical Support team of 48+ individuals: - 14 direct reports. - Biannual assessments. - Individual development and growth coaching. - Hiring (pre-screen and interviews), Onboarding, Talent management and employee retention. - Protecting, improving & ensuring individual and team KPIs - Developing, protecting, and participating in quarterly and yearly OKRs - Leading (Agile) project teams to successful completion of departmental & company-wide OKRs. - Contribute to the growth and future success of the support department, and the organisation as a whole through the creation and maintenance of strategy, processes and workflows. - Escalation of departmental and company-wide issues. - Evaluation of Feature Requests & Product Development. - Conducting Deep Dives into areas that are not currently up to standard.
