I am an experienced education professional with a strong background in school administration, operations, and data management, supported by extensive experience in Mathematics teaching and leadership. In my role as Head Teacher Administration, I oversaw the day-to-day running of a large secondary school, coordinating staff cover, managing whole-school timetables, overseeing assessment schedules, and ensuring the smooth delivery of school operations for over 100 staff. I specialise in complex logistics and data-driven systems, including timetable construction across mainstream and special education settings, large-scale data entry and management, and the analysis of attendance and assessment data to inform decision-making. I am known for my ability to streamline processes, solve operational challenges efficiently, and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure. Alongside my administrative expertise, I have held leadership roles such as Head of Department (Mathematics) and contributed at a national level as an exam assessor and exam writer, as well as being involved in Mathematics textbook development.
