Jun. 2010 - Mar. 2016▪Define, develop and implement necessary Retail Analysis plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate commercial strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
▪Preparing & setting up store forecasts and sales budgets in cooperation with Financial Controller, senior management and Product managers to establish the most realistic goals.
▪Preparing, setting and analyzing a wide range of financial reports (P&L, Stock provisions, Royalties, Rebate Programs, and Purchase Budgets) and working the capital needs of the company.
▪Providing analysis on different commercial terms and brand performance in order to ensure maximum store profit and supplier contribution.
▪Effectively communicate the financial status of business to management. ▪Monitor, analyze & control movements of 20 stores (10 local‐10 regional) while providing weekly-monthly analysis on inventory levels, sales & margin indicators, Actual vs budgets reports in addition to other financial dashboards and scorecards.
▪Space audit and floor planning of store’s space distribution to maximize profitability across all departments.
▪Conduct field visits and provide constant analysis of retail landscape.
▪Monitor competitors activities.
▪Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures through supervision of the retail analysis team in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
▪Workforce planning in cooperation with operations department and Human resources to ensure accurate level (Quality and Quantity) of attendance available.
▪Preparing, Analyzing and Validating KPI Reports of all Stores (Conversion Rates, Average Baskets, Sales/Sqm…etc).
▪Prepare & conduct monthly follow up meetings with store, department and product managers to raise awareness of sales indicators with budgets whilst holding each responsible of their respective targets and necessary adjustments.
▪Provide coaching and training to new & existing employees when needed.
