- Develop, manage, coordinate, and implement the area strategy and all the consumer knowledge and research work for region through a team that manages different research methodologies; macro trends, media consumption and measurement (digital, social, and conventional) and continuous market data (such as: Nielsen, Kantar, Millward Brown).
- Responsible for maximizing the value from seamless engagement with consumers, by delivering optimization of media content, to drive engagement while improving brand equity; optimization within media mix, while driving sufficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency and oversee performance of Paid, Earned, Owned and Shared media.
- Partnering strategically with the leadership for the region, leading all the main activities related to the job: interface with strategic research partners; projects and creative sessions planning and coordination; present to internal clients and budget management.
- Interface with agencies to plan and support projects that will drive a better understanding about consumers to improve return of investments.
