• Built the first-ever B2B Business Unit 3-Year strategic plan and yearly plans, managed the quota setting cycle, aligning sales, finance, and product areas.
• Built a new performance reporting team, changing from a “scattered reporting” to a world-class performance management team, with key performance indicators, strong business analysis, and business insight. • Drove a transformation from Microsoft Dynamics to SFDC, leading the entire SFDC implementation in B2B and was awarded by SFDC as a top digital implementation in the world.
• Reorganized a Special Pricing team, incorporating competitive intelligence, trends analysis, competitive research, deal proposals, and negotiations, resulting in better profitability and a high number of deals won.
• Built a world-class sales operations team, with new pipeline management and sales forecast processes, resulting in average business growth of 18% in net subscribers, and overachieving budget by 10%+ between 2012 and 2014.
