Within this position, duties included: direct sales with potential online store prospects and existing clients, merchandising of all stores, liaison between the sales team and internal staff, creation of store catalogs and new business proposals, review of the overall business functions, service improvements for all departments, and overall supervision of bookkeeping processes and collection efforts. Key Achievements: • Took technology developed in 2008 and transitioned to a new online store platform in 2021 which produced over 35% growth over stats from the previous year. • Created new fulfillment packages based on needs and statistics from 2020 to generate package programs to meet all existing and future needs. This brought in over 40% growth in the 4th quarter of 2020.
