Additionally, I am responsible for answering phone calls, setting up meetings, screening visitors, managing deliveries, and making office-wide announcements through distribution channels. I also handle office inventory and supplies, ensuring they are restocked and working closely with high-level management to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Essentially, I am apart of the driving force behind the management and success of the company, managing all internal communication through email platforms and intranets with my strong copywriting and translation skills.
