I was eventually able to take part in developing a design process that would help our design organization and ease the integration of designers into the current process. My role was to lead multiple initiatives and work closely with stakeholders, designers and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. As part of the Montreal and Toronto team, I was able to work on various projects such as a web application redesign, feature improvements, new product development and the creation of a new design system.
GSoftProduct Designer at Sharegate
Aug. 2016 - Aug. 2017Montreal, Canada AreaAs one of the product designers at GSOFT, I was able to work collaboratively with the Sharegate product team to establish a UX and UI strategy for their main software application. I worked with fellow designers and developers to create a UI library that would be used across the platform. I also worked closely with the software engineering team to lead the merge project initiative and deliver the redesigned software successfully.

Oct. 2013 - Aug. 2016Montreal, Canada AreaAs the subject matter expert for our digital employer branding solutions, I worked with our clients to assist and help with site map creations, wireframes and prototypes solution for our mobile, desktop and responsive website solutions. I also assisted in clients photoshoot and photography selection to help the clients vision come to life. Having knowledge in HTML and CSS, I was able to help create and develop microsite solutions with our developers.
