I began my career in the Surgical Trauma ICU at a Level 1 Trauma Center, where I gained extensive experience in critical care nursing. From there, I expanded into organ procurement, supporting life-saving transplants through donor management and recovery. I later advanced into the operating room as a circulating nurse and scrub nurse, ensuring patient safety and efficiency during surgical procedures, and also worked in PACU providing post-anesthesia care. As a Nurse Manager, I honed leadership, operational, and team development skills. Currently, I serve as a Lung Transplant Coordinator guiding patients and families through the complex journey of transplantation during their post-transplant recovery. This combination of critical care, surgical, and transplant expertise underscores my dedication to patient centered care, clinical excellence, and advancing outcomes in complex medical settings.
