Possesses deep subject matter expertise on the preventive services mandate of the Affordable Care Act, providing consult to executive management and business stakeholders on the operational impacts of statutory requirements. Effectively collaborates with key stakeholders across the enterprise to assess clinical, regulatory, financial and operational impacts on benefit policy initiatives for timely decision-making and implementation. Translates plan design strategy and policies into detailed requirements for benefit configuration, with working knowledge and experience with medical coding (HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10). Partners with Health Plan Legal and Regulatory to strategically respond to benefit inquiries and grievances.
