Determined current staffing needs, produced forecasts, developed talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, researched best practices for employment branding initiatives, and optimized sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. Key Accomplishments:
• Oversaw team of 15 team members, with three supervisor direct reports who managed talent acquisition, employment services, badging, and HR compliance.
• Created and implemented talent management, selection process procedures, recruiting, sourcing, pipeline development, internships, selection, offer negotiation, automated workflows, on-boarding, and off-boarding, while collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to complete deliverables in a timely manner.
• Supervised administration of employment services and badging and compliance including badging, CHRC, PRIA, Part 49, DOT/NON- DOT, finger printing, pre-employment drug testing, job classification, and background checks in compliance with TSA, FAA and DOT.
