Ensure that assigned team members understand roles, responsibilities, and project rules of engagement. Manages and tracks project progress by establishing regular meetings with project teams (internal and external) to evaluate progress and mitigate possible risks. Ensure that project progress remains on schedule and meets milestones timely throughout project life cycle. Manages project plans, meeting schedules, task logs, file submissions, agendas, corporate audit records, and other project deliverables for documentation and/or dissemination to CMS, auditors, clients, and team members. Accountable for ensuring that project is completed successfully within project timelines, meets operational readiness criteria, and implements seamlessly. o Manage multiple Federal, State, and Client audits through audit project lifecycle from kick-off to closure
o Determine project scope and deliverable requirements
o Review client contracts for audit provisions to determine audit rights and timelines
o Work with Account Executives to obtain executed NDA for third party audit firms
o Negotiate timelines with auditor, clients, and regulatory bodies
o Prepare presentations for delivery at SLT meetings
o Prepare presentations for delivery to SVP Corporate Services
o Built Salesforce dashboard and reports, Microsoft Access Report, and Excel charts for enhanced work flow and communication of external compliance support audit metrics to leadership
o Implemented use of Microsoft OneNote for enhancing work flow and ease of audit documentation review
