Feb. 2003 - Sep. 2008Reporting to General Sales Manager i was responsible of the Italian Central purchasing office of Carrefour and all his associated customers (20% of Grocery turnover of Unilever ICF division) and as International Key Account coordinator I was responsible of International Long term Agreement for all three Unilever divisions Home and Personal Care, Food and Ice cream and Frozen Food. Core Responsibility Areas: - Direct management of a team responsible of National and International negotiations (5 National Accounts, 4 Regional Key Accounts) and coordination on all sales direct dedicated agents (60 people) - Customer Strategy in operating profit - National and International Long term plans negotiation - Sales Development strategies to improve market share in all product lines - Representing Italy in an international group responsible of International Unilever Customer Implementing cross category activity on each national customer with ad hoc project on Unilever Brands. - Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream and cost - Control Budget for Listing, second level investment, sales promotion and trade show I drove a special supply chain‘s project on Frozen and ice cream food that helped to realize, the first in Europe, important collaboration project(win-win) with Carrefour on Distribution Area, direct management of orders and delivery directly on each Hypermarket. I persuaded Unilever Board to become Logistic provider of Carrefour Italy, renting them some of our Stocking place to store all assortment a part Unilever items, maintaining daily management of order and invoicing through our dedicated agents, To guarantee them on time deliveries, merchandising service, sharing all deliveries cost on each Hypermarket.
