Assisting all the members in the department in terms of all secretarial duties and administrative activities
Work closely with LCM Product Manager and National Sales Manager to support them in all aspects of the marketing mix.
Liaise with advertising agencies to produce promotional materials and manage and monitor stock levels of promotional items
Work with finance and supply chain to manage discounts and rebates, monitor payments and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate regional, national and international sales and marketing meetings
Support product sales teams to ensure they are fully equipped to meet their customers' needs.
Responsible for consolidation of tender data with competitors information
Responsible for calculating quarterly and annual bonus payments
Preparing reports for all analyzes for sales estimations
Completing the electronic personnel action request forms, selecting and entering the appropriate codes and remarks, key-stroking the approved actions into the personnel/payroll database;
Resolving error reports; and ensuring the accuracy of data transmitted;
Using online HR resources to obtain information accessible over the Internet;
Responding to inquiries on pending and completed personnel actions by tracing their history and applying pertinent technical references, conditions, or precedents;
Assisting HR and other specialists by performing detailed review of records and other documentation in preparation for further analysis and processing; and
Assisting employees in preparing and submitting a variety of HR forms, explaining the forms and associated benefits
Assisting Global HR Transformation Project in cooperation with other three J&J Companies.
