Designed and implemented a validation engine for NHS workforce data. Data extracts were taken from the warehouse system monthly and validated against a set of rules programmed into the validation engine. The results of the validation were reported back to PCTs using an SSRS reporting system via the intranet. The aim was to improve data quality of workforce data by encouraging ownership by the PCTs.
