- Develop a network to reach targeted merchants and maintain strong client relationships with executive level decision makers, Large Merchants, Channel partners and key industry players.
- Business development liaison with internal key contacts (Sales, Marketing, Integration, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance etc) for merchant acquisition and problem resolutions.
- Maintain and develop existing LMs (Large Merchants) and strategic account relationships to grow and retain their business by proposing effective payment solutions and KPI initiatives by cordial support and management.
