• Partner with executives, management, and stakeholders to gain understanding of corporate objectives, upcoming initiatives, and budget to make proper recommendations of resources and services needed to achieve goals and support business growth.
• Led daily recruiting/sales office meetings to coordinate priorities/goals for the day, including assigning/delegating reqs
• Perform in-take calls/meetings to validate and qualify new jobs orders to create accurate job descriptions and job postings to attract candidates
• Maintained relationships with vendors to source and place third party candidates • Assisted in Onboarding process/New Hire paperwork, including guiding new hires through background/onboarding paperwork, I-9 verification, drug screening, and employment verification
• Recruited candidates for roles ranging from Human Resources, healthcare, analysts, project management, and IT (all levels of skillet from entry level to senior/executive) utilizing new techniques, social media, referrals to access new pools of candidates
