● Operated autonomously. During tenure one (interim) minister retired and a new minister was hired. The position was designed to be self-directed, and I thrived in that setting.

● Created and maintained structures and mechanisms to: ensure the safety of individuals using the campus, and participating in its programming, and to facilitate a sense of community, transparency, and efficiency.
● Independently, routinely managed: administration of the church program; office procedures, schedules, purchasing, budget, & bookkeeping services; facilities scheduling, maintenance & project prioritization; & collaborated & maintained communication (database, social media & website).
● Advised minister on strategic, financial & operational matters.
● Composed: Congregational Administrator handbook; Standard Operating Procedures; Aesthetics Guidelines; & drafted policies (harassment prevention, purchasing, bullying-free workplace, & social media).
● Recruited & managed volunteers for various duties across campus.
● Collaborated & worked closely with Facilities, Finance, & Membership committees and chairs to develop or support their mission and goals.
