She has served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and board executives in VC/PE-backed, growth-stage, middle-market, and Fortune 500 companies. Her background in strategy and operations consulting has shaped a consumer-facing perspective, enabling the development of innovative solutions to complex business challenges. She thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments that value creativity, bold ideas, and inclusivity. Most recently, Sahana was Vice President of Strategy at FoodPharma, a portfolio company of New Harbor Capital, where she served from October 2024 to February 2025. Prior to that, she was part of the CXO Executive Program at Shore Capital Partners from July 2022 to October 2024, where she held an executive role at Mosaic Flavors, supporting the CEO in growth initiatives. Her previous roles also include Manager of Strategy and Analytics and Senior Analyst at Hickory Farms between 2017 and 2020, and a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2015 to 2017, focusing on strategy and business model transformation projects in the retail and consumer products industries. Sahana earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Finance and Management Science. During her time at Kellogg from 2020 to 2022, she was awarded the Kellogg Scholarship and held leadership roles in the Women’s Business Association and Kellogg Spirits Society. She gained hands-on experience through internships at Constellation Brands, Muse Capital, and S2G Ventures, focusing on venture capital and growth strategy initiatives.
