• Be the ‘Face of Silverlake Axis’ and speak at external events – Popular Business TV channels, IDC, AWS, MS, Banking Forums, etc
• Work with client representatives to ideate, workshop and define capabilities to be developed in the future. Refine and shortlist capabilities through a combination of data driven analysis, and leadership intuition. Finally work with Sales to prioritise capabilities, to create a publicly shareable product roadmap.
• Trial new ideas and product features with friendly clients, to ensure that beta-versions of product match client’s expectations, before roll-out. • Lead the build of the new Data and AI platform, and take use-case to clients so to refine the models
• Lead Silverlake’s cross-functional Product teams (approx. 400) to evolve Silverlake’s cloud native SaaS next generation core banking (and Artificial Intelligence) solution Möbius, to enable Silverlake to run a managed service on behalf of a bank. • Re-organise the Product team to become domain aligned, fully introduce shift-left DevSecOps, automated integration, and make the platform multi-tenant to simultaneously host hundreds of banks to get economies of scale and produce a cheap platform so Silverlake Axis can enter a completely new market – Unbanked and Under-banked customers, which is approximately 40% of ASEAN.
• Work with Sales to identify sweet spot for Product suitability in each market and segment, and provide a product suitability matrix (‘Customer-right-fit’) to assist Sales, so there is clarity on exactly what product should be sold to which customer, and so avoid internal competition.
• Be at critical Sales meetings to assist in closing the deal – typically with big clients
