May. 2015 - Jan. 2016Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom• Assist in launching Ubisoft forums by creating and maintaining terminology of databases/glossaries for games contents, translation of internal databases and external correspondences in Arabic. • Translate scripts and localize video trailers, factsheets, and newsletters of Award-winning games for marketing campaigns in order to create compelling marketing communications to acquire, engage, and excite game fans. • Handle QA checks on assets translated into Arabic by other parties. • Manage Ubisoft forums social media websites by building their structure, overseeing moderation and regularly publishing content. • Publish and potentially create content on our brand social media websites. • Monitor and drive conversations with users from across the Middle East and North Africa on all Social Media, in particular Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. • Compile qualitative and quantitative reports about the market trends and the community sentiment based on consumer insights through close monitoring of the Middle East and North Africa community channels. • Translate and publish company statements for media releases. • Work with product marketing managers and brand teams to develop, update, and execute community engagement calendar. • Support product marketing to execute cross-promotions across games and channels. • Demo products at various tradeshows and press events if necessary. • Launching Ubisoft Support Website by creating and maintaining terminology databases/glossaries for games contents, translation of internal and external documents in Arabic. • Work autonomously to formulate response drafts and response processes for the support website and social media pages. • Investigating technical queries and using problem-solving skills and keen attention to details to deliver effective solutions and proactive advice. • To support the wider CRC team as and when required.
