Identification and implementation of process improvements related to change management and system management. I also prepare and revises department documents including policies and procedures, forms, plans and reports in accordance quality system requirements, and coordinates post change activities including document distribution, electronic checking and procedure training. Part of the QMS I’m implementing is to make use of the colleges’ eLearning platform to train academic staff across all 13 branches online. This includes eLearning training sessions on company policies and procedures, training to keep updated with SETA requirements and company etiquette. This is compulsory for all academic staff and also forms part of the staff appraisal process and assist in the evaluation of General SETA process and policy compliance by all Campuses Serving on the College Academic Board working in collaboration with the Academic Dean implementing an exciting new blended learning model for the College. The blended learning model is an alternative to full-time face-to-face studies that allows students to complete the majority of coursework on our eLearning platform at home or outside of the campus, but attend classes for required face-to-face learning sessions with a facilitator.
