Monitor the supply and skills of the senior and junior officers and their suitability for promotion. Support with administration and proper execution of D&A policy on board of the company ships. Assistance in budget preparation for Fleet. I have over several years of professional experience, mostly working in international organizations. My career as a Crewing Manager and in different levels has been my main contribution in developing my professional skills. I am highly motivated to work in challenging environments, which require creativity and continuous improvement.
