Routinely visit vessels to discuss personnel matters. Monitor Officers and crewing conditions as required. Coordinate corrective actions.
Oversee welfare on all manned ships.
Assist the Shipboard Management Team in disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate the promotions of Senior Officers and formation of the SMT’s with Fleet Management Teams.
Monitor the supply and skills of the senior and junior officers and their suitability for promotion.
Support with administration and proper execution of D&A policy on board of the company ships.
Assistance in budget preparation for Fleet. I have over several years of professional experience, mostly working in international organizations. My career as a Crewing Manager and in different levels has been my main contribution in developing my professional skills. I am highly motivated to work in challenging environments, which require creativity and continuous improvement. Currently, I am in the process of exploring new opportunities in the Industry to provide best practice and expertise in Crewing to help organizations to improved and excel Crewing work optimization .
