Apr. 1992 - Aug. 1995I was engaged to oversee the design and constructrion of the premisses and then given the role of General Manager to oversee all financial, operations, team managers and 411 staff. The business was open 24x7 with a 4 shift rota. We created a full operation of smart repairs, undertook warranty and re-call actions, bodywork re-conditioning, service and valet departments. I implemented de-skilling best practice which worked very well.
