Oct. 2012 - Mar. 2013Worked with the activation team at Grey, supporting pitches for brand experiential marketing campaigns by conducting market research, recruiting and training brand ambassadors, building and executing concepts for brand campaigns. 1. Managed a cross-functional team of 5 people to identify vendors and manage execution of a 5-city activation for ITC tobacco consisting of 4 activities (dance, quiz nights, karaoke and comedy) which resulted in sampling by 10,000 consumers. 2. Appointed Key Operations Manager of retail activation for Lacto Calamine, a pharmaceutical brand, across three cities, managing recruitment and training/ retraining of brand ambassadors, increasing brand sales by 20% in the first month.
