Maintain key partnerships with various workgroups for continuous training improvement and program effectiveness. Work directly with training team, strategic partners training team and HQ teams to maintain curriculum delivery standards. Delivers and observes advanced technical support and customer service skills, leadership, management, cross-functional and other training sessions using adult learning training methodology, appropriate media, trainer materials, and effective presentation skills. Establish and maintain expertise in subjects taught. Observe classroom in person and/or through virtual observations to ensure the environment is conducive to learning. Partner with management, attends regional/area/project meetings, and conducts workgroup observations for effective use of business acumen. Lead, prepare, attend, and complete train-the-trainer / certifications as appropriate. Partner with national curriculum development teams on national project curriculum development and project support. Communicate curriculum or program effectiveness back to leadership and/ or national curriculum development team.Track and monitors registration & attendance for all participants when needed. Ensure preparation of training room, components of virtual T3s or any other training environment is ready to go. (media, set-up, materials, room reservations, devices, rosters). Manage and prioritize multiple courses. Adhere to company guidelines for trainer travel and expenses (expense, travel, p-card, corporate card). Manage reporting responsibilities; i.e. expense reports, Timesheet, rosters, team visit reports. Completes all required training and assessments that support company initiatives.
