Hello! I am a licensed Intervention Specialist that focuses in behavior and academic interventions. I work a wide range of children from ages 2 to 18. I focus on understanding why a behavior is occurring. Behavior is a form communication. I believe we just have to find an acceptable form of communication to get needs met with boundaries and positive reinforcement. In addition, I am a Director of Empowered Early Learning Academy. I work on paperwork for the school, teacher training, curriculum development, family engagement, student individualized programming, student interventions, and marketing. I enjoy being the director and working with families and the community to make sure the whole family thrives. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. We like to go on hikes, create art, and workout together. We have lots of silly and fun time together. I am also a huge pet lover and someday I hope to be able to have land to be a hobby farmer.
