Design and implement methods which increase engagement and active participation in D&I initiatives in support of the n-erg program leaders. Report on accountability metrics (scorecards/audits/reporting tools) to track progress on key metrics & goals Design and implement processes that are repeatable, consistent, scalable for a globally diverse audience. Oversee a council of executives who serve as Executive Sponsors of our 9 employee resource groups, including curating meaningful meeting agendas to accelerate their development and advocacy for the n-erg community. Establish and foster strong working relationships with various global stakeholders and teams, ensuring that programs foster an inclusive environment of a broader ally community across the globe. Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, understand, and address bias blockers, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs as you implement the strategy and align resources. Own and partner on key communication touch points between the D&I team and the n-erg program leadership, including developing regular communications plans and act quickly on crisis communication needs.
