- drafting and implementing the fleet sales policy of Citroen Romania under the
guidance of the Commercial Director and submitting it for approval to the General
Manager;
- support of sales towards business clients for the whole vehicle dealer network of
Citroen Romania
- drafting and submitting for approval of the General Manager of the dedicated
discounts for fleet clients
- approval of any spacial prices derogatory from the normal commercial policy and,
if needed, obtaining international validation for this approval
- acting as Key Account Manager in Romania for all major international companies
present on the Romanian market
- permanent liaison with the B2B Sales Department of PSA Peugeot Citroen in
implementation of all international contracts on the Romanian market
- participation (in B2B relevant issues) in all sales and product training events
organised by Citroen Romania
Achievements:
- increase of B2B sales out of total sales from 55% to almost 90% from taking up
the position
- increase in B2B market share of Citroen from 1.2% to 2.1% in market which
decreased in the same period by 75%
- key role player to all major fleet deals won by Citroen in Romania between 2010
and 2013: GDF Suez, Farmexpert, Ministry of Health, Nemo Curier and CNADNR
