Often providing consultancy in corporate law matters regarding the Company’s investments that take place overseas, leading the communications with our foreign externals to make sure no hiccups along the way.
Supporting corporate teams through Legal-by-design practices every step of the way when launching a new product, while regularly onboarding them to new global regulations and jurisprudence that occur related to IT, Privacy, and Employment Law. Holding data privacy workshops for our Product, Backend, Data, Marketing, Strategy, ASO, Community, and Customer Support teams to ensure regulatory compliance at utmost priority.
Representing the company in arbitrations and served as the initial consultant for Employment Law matters (negotiations, contracts, disputes, etc.)
Providing consultancy within various Data Protection jurisdictions, drafted Privacy Policies, and establishing a clear channel with European representatives in terms of GDPR and local legislations.
Regularly conducting legal research regarding Privacy Laws and IT laws of the not-so-commonly practiced jurisdictions.
