With a multifaceted background spanning engineering, human resources, and strategic mentorship, I bring over a decade of experience across industry-leading organizations in Turkey and abroad. I am currently contributing as a Project Mentor to the EU-financed "Model Development Project for the Empowerment of Women in the Manufacturing Industry", a collaboration between the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology, UNDP, and TİSK. In this role, I guide and inspire mentees on topics such as digital transformation and sustainability in manufacturing, drawing on a rich history of hands-on industry experience. Previously, I served as a Workforce Planning and Analysis Administrator at İsdemir (OYAK), where I led initiatives in organizational development, human resources analytics, and large-scale recruitment for a workforce exceeding 4000 individuals. My work was pivotal in aligning HR strategy with business objectives through data-driven decision-making and digital system implementation. I began my career as a Project Engineer at İsdemir, managing major infrastructure projects including the implementation of IBM Maximo, achieving cost reductions of up to 30% in maintenance operations. I also held roles in Export Sales at Tosyalı Holding—supporting the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project—and Customer Support Consulting at Fujitsu in Portugal, where I led a pilot project in task allocation management for a global client. My diverse career has equipped me with a unique blend of technical acumen, operational insight, and people-centric leadership—enabling me to contribute meaningfully to industrial transformation and human capital development.
