- Establishing effective communication and relationships between the business and HR department.
- Providing comprehensive support for all HR activities
- Collaborating with senior management to implement HR strategies and solutions.
- Conducting market researches and salaries analysis
- Managing Internal communications
- Conducting personnel evaluations
- Developing and implementing HR processes aligned with the company's strategy, including HR operations, onboarding, compensation and benefits, internal knowledge sharing, and performance appraisal.
- Handling employee relations issues, ensuring fair representation of all interests.
- Career counseling
- Curating Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
