• Drive Territory Planning activities for assigned sales teams
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, scorecards and KPI’s
• Create, support and maintain data models, reports and dashboards as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements
• Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
• Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. • Standardizing business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
• Translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations • Develop, package, and deliver sales insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Sales Force Incentives. Support the equitable assignment of sales targets and ensures quotas are best allocated to all sales resources, in partnership with Sales management, Finance and Human Resources
