• Partnered with Program, Vendor, and Operations teams to identify & document business requirements while consulting with Solutions Delivery & IT to deploy a new payroll vendor & system for Global Expatriate Team. Provide sign off for business requirements, functional specifications, all Go-No Go decisions.
• Developed business cases and business process documentation to support planning and design stages of new Stock System development. Collaborated with stakeholders to understand critical quality, data sources, scenarios and test plan, and facilitated implementation with internal and external partners. • Facilitate quarterly Business Process Regression Testing (BPRT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes that include scenario and test case generation, end-user testing logistics, testing execution and business sign off.
• Completed core analysis, implemented stake holder assessment and pushed out new process for Global Expatriate Team. Developed troubleshooting guide to improve HR process that lacked documentation. Green Belt project reduced error rate from 60% to 0%, included control plan to address spikes, and reduced operational costs by $75K.
• Assisted stock team with UAT for launch of stock tool that drives stock options, awards and processes. Defined data flow between systems to facilitate information for employees, payroll and customers. Accomplishments: Recognized by leadership with Microsoft One HR Team Award 2010.
