Starting in the Customer Service department, moving on to the Marketing department. In the Marketing department, I was responsible for the expansion to new markets. In the Marketing department, I discovered my passion for Business intelligence. Beforehand data was just something that the company was collecting and stored in the database, but not something that was used to make intelligent business decisions. Therefore, I started developing a BI strategy and the analyses needed to understand the business better. Using my analytical mind and proficiency in SQL with tools as Periscope data, Tableau and Excel, my daily work at Ageras extents to all different layers of our business intelligence department including all kind of Data Visualization, Data Analysis and Data Mining. My main responsibilities as the Head of Product Marketing Intelligence includes: • Create and implementing Ageras BI strategy
• Developing dashboards that summarize critical data to help understand the state of the business
• Developing reports that summarize critical data to help understand the state of the business
• Analyzing and monitoring the business impact of newly-launched projects.
• Responsible for all data sources and data tools in Ageras: web analysis tools, data validation and customer insights
• Responsible for all analyzing of data to improve the ROI on all activities in the company
• Supporting the Sales and Marketing team with data for sales and marketing materials • Using data to understand user experiences and finding ways to improve them
