This Consultant plays a critical bridging role between business strategy, marketing execution, and patient journey optimization. - Competitive & Market Intelligence - Conduct in-depth competitor analysis: pricing, services, specialties, patient volume, insurance partners. - Benchmark Persada Hospital's services vs top local competitors - Evaluate brand perception through surveys, sentiment analysis, and referral partner feedback. - Recommend improvements to hospital brand narrative, digital footprint, and service packaging. - Align branding with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Neuro, Spine, Fertility, Geriatrics). Design segment-based marketing programs for Corporate clients, Insurance, Medical tourism (domestic & international) and High-end surgery packages Identify strategic new account opportunities (insurance companies, corporates, embassies, elite communities). Map and optimize the end-to-end patient journey, from digital inquiry to discharge follow-up. Recommend tools/processes to improve patient retention, repeat visits, and satisfaction scores. - Propose and pilot Personalized Patient Programs: - Post-op recovery pathways - Executive health packages - Family health loyalty schemes Provide monthly reports to management covering: Competition insights, Marketing campaign performance, Brand equity development, New account acquisition updates and Patient experience feedback trends Advise Board and Marketing Division on strategic priorities and execution gaps.
